【摘要】 目的：基于CiteSpace文献分析软件，旨在从定量、定性的双视角出发，对以中医药为核心的老年人群衰弱研究热点、演变路径以及未来发展趋势进行系统梳理。方法：以中国知网（CNKI）、万方、维普、Web of Science(WoS)核心合集数据库为数据源，检索自建库起至2024年12月31日公开发表的中英文文献，采用CiteSpace 6.4.R1对作者、机构和关键词进行共现网络分析，绘制关键词突现图和聚类图。结果：共纳入235篇中文文献、6篇英文文献。“共病管理”“中西医结合及五脏虚损理论”“体质和辨证施治”“中医传统功法”是中医药在防治我国老年衰弱领域中的四大研究热点。结论：未来需加强国内及国际间合作，结合中医药政策支持，深入探索改善我国老年衰弱的创新型多元干预措施，并与现代科技有机结合，为老年衰弱人群提供具有中国特色的中医药防治策略及高质量医疗卫生服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE Based on CiteSpace bibliometric software to systematically analyze research hotspots, evolutionary trajectories, and future trends in frailty studies focusing on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) among elderly populations,integrating quantitative and qualitative perspectives. METHODS Data were sourced from CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, and Web of Science Core Collection databases, encompassing publicly published Chinese and English literature from their inception to December 31,2024. CiteSpace 6.4.R1 was employed to conduct co-occurrence network analyses of authors, institutions, and keywords, alongside generating keyword burst detection maps and clustering maps. RESULTS A total of 235 Chinese and 6 English articles were included. Four major research hotspots in TCM for preventing and managing frailty among Chinese elderly were identified:“comorbidity management”“integrated TCM-Western medicine approaches and visceral deficiency theory”“constitution and syndrome-based treatment” and “TCM traditional exercises”. CONCLUSION Future efforts should enhance domestic and international collaboration, leverage policy support for TCM, and explore innovative multidimensional interventions to address frailty in China’s aging population. Integrating TCM with modern technology will provide distinctive Chinese strategies and high-quality healthcare services for elderly individuals with frailty.更多还原
