【摘要】 目的：分析梧州市0～14岁艾滋病病毒感染者及病人（简称HIV/AIDS患者）流行病学特征及抗病毒治疗情况，为该市儿童的艾滋病防控提供科学依据。方法：利用艾滋病综合防治数据信息系统中的病例报告历史卡片，对0～14岁累计报告HIV/AIDS患者情况进行统计分析。结果：截至2023年底，梧州市累计报告0～14岁HIV/AIDS患者53例，确证HIV感染时平均年龄为（5.04±4.40）岁，以居住在农村为主（86.79%），传播途径以母婴传播为主（47/53,88.68%）。对50例（94.34%）进行CD₄⁺T淋巴细胞检测，结果为<200个/uL 20例（40.00%）。40例（75.47%）参加抗病毒治疗，及时治疗率为33.96%,26例确证后1年内治疗（49.06%）。结论：梧州市儿童艾滋病抗病毒治疗覆盖率与治疗及时率偏低，尤其是农村儿童艾滋病防控相对薄弱，需采取多项针对性措施全面提升梧州市儿童艾滋病防控能力，实现消除艾滋病母婴传播的目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To analyze the epidemiological characteristics,antiretroviral therapy（ART） in children aged 0-14 years with HIV/AIDS in Wuzhou, providing a scientific basis for HIV prevention and control in the population. METHODS Statistical analysis was conducted on cumulative reported HIV/AIDS cases aged 0-14 years using historical case report cards from the Comprehensive HIV Prevention and Control Data Information System. RESULTS By the end of 2023,a total of 53 cases of HIV/AIDS among people aged 0～14 had been reported in the city. The average age at the time of confirmed HIV infection was（5.04±4.40） years old. Most of them lived in rural areas（86.79%）. The main route of transmission was mother-to-child transmission（47/53,88.68%）. CD₄⁺T lymphocyte tests were conducted on 50 cases（94.34%）,and the results showed that 20 cases（40.00%）had less than 200 cells/ul,40 cases（75.47%） participated in antiviral treatment,with a timely treatment rate of 33.96%. The proportion of those who received treatment within one year after confirmation was 49.06%（26 cases）. CONCLUSION The coverage rate of antiviral therapy and the rate of timely treatment in children with AIDS are low. It is especially a problem in rural areas,which are weak spots in preventing and controlling AIDS among children. We need to take specific steps to improve the ability to prevent and control AIDS among children,and achieve the goal of eliminating mother-to-child transmission of AIDS.更多还原
