【摘要】 目的：整理2022年青岛市疾病预防控制中心调查的青岛市辖区内所有开展放射诊疗工作的医疗机构（口腔诊所除外）的放射诊疗设备、人员等配置情况，对医疗机构放射诊疗设备配置情况进行评估，为更好地配置医疗资源服务群众提供参考依据。方法：收集青岛市辖区医疗机构放射诊疗设备、人员等配置情况，分类整理数据并进行统计描述与分析。结果：2022年青岛市辖区共调查304家放射诊疗机构，配置放射诊疗设备1 246台，拥有放射工作人员4 220人，平均每百万常住人口配置放射诊断设备108.4台、介入放射设备7.5台、放射治疗设备3.2台、核医学设备1.4台、放射工作人员408人；放射诊断、介入、放疗和核医学诊断和治疗频度依次为824.6人次/千人、6.8人次/千人、1.3人/千人、4.3人次/千人和1.1人/千人；放射诊疗资源主要集中在三级医疗机构和市南、市北两个区。结论：青岛市放射诊疗资源在不同等级医疗机构和区市间分布不平衡，需要优化放射诊疗资源配置，以促进放射诊疗资源合理利用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the allocation of radiological diagnosis and treatment equipment and personnel in medical institutions(excluding dental clinics) within the jurisdiction of Qingdao investigated by Qingdao municipal center for disease control and prevention in 2022, so as to provide a basis for better allocation of medical resources to serve the masses. METHODS The allocation of radiological diagnosis and treatment equipment and personnel in medical institutions within the jurisdiction of Qingdao was collected, and the data were sorted out, statistically described and analyzed. RESULTS A total of 304 radiological diagnosis and treatment institutions were surveyed in Qingdao in 2022 equipped with 1 246 radiological diagnosis and treatment equipment and 4220 radiation workers. There were 108.4 radiological diagnostic equipment, 7.5 interventional radiological equipment, 3.2 radiological treatment equipment, 1.4 nuclear medicine equipment and 408 radiological workers for each million resident population.The frequencies of diagnostic radiology, interventional radiology, radiotherapy and nuclear medicine diagnosis and treatment were 824.6/10~3, 6.8/10~3, 1.3/10~3, 4.3/10~3 and 1.1/10~3, respectively. The resources of radiological diagnosis and treatment were mainly concentrated in the tertiary medical institutions and the two urban areas of Shinan District and Shibei District. CONCLUSION The distribution of radiological diagnosis and treatment resources in Qingdao is unbalanced among different levels of medical institutions and districts, and it is necessary to optimize the allocation of radiological diagnosis and treatment resources to improve the rational utilization of radiological diagnosis and treatment resources.更多还原
