南通市公共场所室内空气污染物监测结果及健康风险评估
Monitoring Results and Health Risk Assessment of Indoor Air Pollutants in Public Places in Nantong
【摘要】 目的:分析2021—2023年南通市公共场所室内空气污染物的监测结果,评估从业人群健康风险。方法:2021—2023年随机抽取南通市6类42家公共场所进行室内空气污染物监测,样品采集、检测按照《公共场所卫生检验方法第6部分:卫生监测技术规范》(GB/T 18204.6—2013)、《公共场所卫生检验方法第2部分:化学污染物》(GB/T 18204.2—2013)执行,采用χ2检验、秩和检验进行统计分析,健康风险评估模型评估公共场所从业人员慢性非致癌效应与致癌效应。结果:2021—2023年南通市公共场所室内空气PM10、PM2.5总合格率分别为87.2%、77.5%,CO总达标率为100.0%,甲醛总合格率为94.9%,氨总合格率为84.5%,苯、二甲苯总合格率均为100.0%,甲苯总合格率为99.5%。酒店/宾馆PM10合格率最低,为79.3%;健身房、理发店PM2.5合格率分别为59.7%、50.0%,均低于平均水平;健身房CO2合格率低于其他场所。商场/超市、候车室、健身房、酒店/宾馆从业人员PM2.5暴露有慢性非致癌效应风险,理发店与美容院从业人员甲醛和氨暴露有慢性非致癌效应风险。公共场所从业人员苯系物和甲醛终生暴露存在致癌效应风险,酒店/宾馆甲醛、苯致癌风险最高。结论:南通市公共场所监测指标合格率有待提升,应通过有效手段降低有害物质暴露水平,降低慢性非致癌效应风险和致癌效应风险。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVETo describe the monitoring and health risk assessment of indoor air in various public places in Nantong from 2021 to 2023,and to evaluate the health risks of employees in public places.METHODS 42 public places of 6 categories were randomly selected for monitoring.Sample collection and testing should be carried out in accordance with Public Place Hygiene Inspection Methods-Part 6:Technical Specifications for Hygiene Monitoring (GB/T 18204.6-2013) and Public Place Hygiene Inspection Methods-Part 2:Chemical Pollutants (GB/T 18204.2-2013).Excel was used to summarize the data,χ2 test and rank sum test were used for statistical analysis,and health risk assessment model was used to evaluate the chronic non-carcinogenic effects and carcinogenic effects of employees in public places.RESULTS From 2021 to 2023,the overall pass rates of PM10 and PM2.5 in indoor air of public places in Nantong were 87.2% and 77.5%respectively.The overall compliance rate of CO was 100.0%,the overall pass rate of formaldehyde was 94.9%,the overall pass rate of ammonia was 84.5%,and the overall pass rates of benzene and xylene were both 100.0%.The overall pass rate of toluene was 99.5%.The overall pass rates of PM10 and PM2.5 varied among different types of places.The pass rate of PM10 in hotels and guesthouses was the lowest,at 79.3%.The pass rates of PM2.5 in gyms and barber shops were 59.7% and 50.0%respectively,both lower than the average level.The compliance rate of CO2 in gyms was lower than that in other places.Employees in supermarkets,waiting rooms,gyms,and hotels and guesthouses were at risk of chronic non-carcinogenic effects from PM2.5 exposure.Employees in barber shops and beauty salons were at risk of chronic non-carcinogenic effects from formaldehyde and ammonia exposure.Employees in public places were at risk of carcinogenic effects from lifelong exposure to benzene series and formaldehyde.The risk of formaldehyde-induced carcinogenesis among employees was the highest in hotels and guesthouses.CONCLUSION The qualification rate of monitoring indicators in public places in Nantong needs to be improved,and the exposure level of harmful substances needs to be reduced by effective means,so as to reduce the risk of chronic non-carcinogenic effect and carcinogenic effect.
