【摘要】 目的 验证处方前置审核对桂林医学院附属医院急诊静脉用糖皮质激素的使用率及处方合格率的改善作用。方法 回顾性观察2022年9月～2023年8月运行合理用药系统平台前后12个月，通过对急诊静脉用糖皮质激素药物处方的全点评，分析处方前置审核管理前后的急诊静脉使用糖皮质激素的药物使用率和处方合格率。结果 对急诊静脉用糖皮质激素进行处方前置审核后，静脉用糖皮质激素的处方合格率由20.49%上升至91.30%；静脉用糖皮质激素的使用率由3.15%降低至0.38%。结论 处方前置审核系统对急诊静脉用糖皮质激素的管理，有助于降低静脉用糖皮质激素的使用率，提高处方的合格率，促进临床合理使用糖皮质激素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To verify the improvement effect of pre-examination prescription on the usage rate and qualification rate of emergency intravenous glucocorticoid prescriptions in the Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical College. Methods A retrospective observation was conducted on the operation of the rational drug use system platform from September 2022 to August 2023. Through comprehensive evaluation of emergency intravenous glucocorticoid prescriptions, the usage rate of intravenous glucocorticoids and the qualification rate of prescriptions before and after pre-examination prescription management were analyzed. Results After pre-examination prescription of intravenous glucocorticoid in emergency medicine, the prescription compliance rate of intravenous glucocorticoid increased from 20.49% to 91.30%; the utilization rate of intravenous glucocorticoid decreased from 3.15% to 0.38%. Conclusion The management of intravenous glucocorticoid in the emergency department by the pre-examination prescription helps to reduce the utilization rate of intravenous glucocorticoid, improve the qualification rate of prescriptions, and promote the rational use of glucocorticoid in the clinic.更多还原
