【Abstract】 Finerenone is a novel non-steroidal selective mineralocorticoid receptor antagonist. Multiple mechanisms such as antiinflammatory and anti-fibrotic, reduced proteinuria, and blood pressure regulation can delay the progression of kidney disease and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events. At present, it is mainly used in clinical treatment for refractory hypertension, diabetic nephropathy and heart failure. This auticle reviews the clinical application,adverse reactions and medication attention of finerenone by consulting the literature.
