【摘要】 本文旨在提升临床对Lance-Adams综合征（LAS）的认知水平。文章通过对2021年确诊的一例LAS病例的临床资料进行系统分析，并结合相关文献研究，全面阐述了LAS的临床症状、发病机制、诊断方法和治疗方案。LAS是一种罕见的中枢神经系统疾病，主要特征为脑缺氧后出现的动作性肌阵挛。其病因多与脑缺氧相关，其中心肺复苏术后和窒息是最常见诱因。在诊断方面，特征性脑电图表现具有重要参考价值。临床医生应加强对LAS的识别能力，通过早期发现典型临床症状并结合视频脑电图检查进行诊断。同时指出，目前LAS在治疗方面仍面临诸多挑战，需要进一步研究和探索。本文对临床工作者加深LAS认识、提高诊疗水平具有重要参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article aims to improve the understanding of Lance-Adams syndrome(LAS) in clinical practice. By analyzing the clinical data of a patient diagnosed with LAS in 2021 and conducting a literature review, this article elaborates on the clinical symptoms, pathogenesis, diagnostic methods, and treatment regimens of LAS. LAS is a rare central nervous system disorder characterized by action myoclonus after cerebral hypoxia. The etiology of LAS is mainly associated with cerebral hypoxia, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation and asphyxia are the most common predisposing factors for LAS.Characteristic manifestations on electroencephalography have an important value in diagnosis. Clinicians should enhance their ability to identify LAS through typical clinical symptoms and electroencephalography in the early stage. This article also points out that there are still many challenges in the treatment of LAS, which requires further research and exploration.
