【摘要】 建立房屋安全管理的长效机制对保护城镇居民生命财产安全至关重要。本文分析了我国房屋安全管理的试点现状及其所面临困境，从房屋体检和房屋安全保险两个角度研究典型国家和地区房屋安全管理的经验，结合我国房屋安全管理存在的问题，从夯实立法基础、明确实施标准、政策激励和市场引导、数字赋能等四个方面提出政策建议，以期为我国房屋安全管理制度的建立和完善提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Establishing a long-term mechanism for housing safety management is crucial for safeguarding the lives and property of urban residents. This paper analyzes the current pilot status and dilemmas faced by the pilot projects of housing safety management in China, explores the experiences of typical countries and regions in housing safety management from two perspectives: housing inspection and housing safety insurance. In light of the problems in China’s housing safety management, it proposes policy recommendations from four aspects: consolidating the legislative foundation, clarifying implementation standards, implementing policy incentives and market guidance, and enabling digitalization, with a view to providing references for the establishment and improvement of China’s housing safety management system.更多还原
