【摘要】 目的 构建TEAM+OEC护理管理模式并探讨其在乳腺肿瘤科的应用效果。方法 采用分层随机对照研究方法，于2023年7月至2024年6月，选取天津市某三级甲等医院乳腺肿瘤科的护士40例分为N0、N1、N2、N3 4个层级，再随机分为观察组和对照组，各20例。对照组实施常规层级护理管理模式，观察组实施TEAM+OEC护理管理模式。比较两组护士的工作投入水平、行为目标达成度及职业满意度。结果 观察组护士工作投入各维度得分及总分、行为目标达成度各维度得分及总分、职业满意度各维度得分及总分均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 TEAM+OEC护理管理模式在乳腺肿瘤科应用效果显著，能够激发护士的主观能动性，提升团队工作效率，优化护理人力资源配置，具有较高的临床推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To construct the TEAM +OEC nursing management model and explore its application effects in the breast oncology department. Methods A stratified random controlled study method was adopted. From July 2023 to June 2024,40 nurses from the breast oncology department of a Grade A hospital in Tianjin were selected and divided into four levels(N0,N1,N2,N3),then randomly assigned to the observation group and control group,with 20 nurses in each group. The control group received the conventional hierarchical nursing management model,while the observation group received the TEAM +OEC nursing management model.The nurses’ work engagement levels,achievement of behavioral objectives,and vocational satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results The total scores and scores of all dimensions of nurses’ work engagement,achievement of behavioral objectives,and vocational satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The application of TEAM +OEC nursing management model in breast oncology department has significant effects,which can stimulate nurses’ subjective initiative,improve team work efficiency,optimize nursing human resource allocation,and holds high clinical promotion value.更多还原
