【摘要】 目的 探讨目标导向的进阶式教学在儿科ARDS机械通气管理策略临床教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年7月至2023年6月于郑州大学第一附属医院儿科实习的32名实习生为对照组，2023年7月至2024年6月的31名实习生为观察组。对照组采用传统临床带教，观察组采用目标导向的进阶式教学。实习结束后比较两组实习生考核成绩（理论知识、操作技能、综合分析）、教学效果（自主学习能力、学习态度）及教学满意度。结果 与对照组相比，观察组理论知识、操作技能以及综合分析能力考核成绩更高（P<0.05），自主学习能力及学习态度评分更高（P<0.05），教学质量、教学方法、教学内容评分更高（P<0.05）。结论 目标导向的进阶式教学在儿科ARDS机械通气管理策略临床教学中应用效果显著，可显著提升实习生理论知识水平、操作技能、综合分析能力、自主学习能力，改善学习态度，提高实习生教学满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of goal-based progressive teaching in clinical teaching of mechanical ventilation management strategies for pediatric ARDS. Methods A total of 32 interns from the pediatric department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the control group,while 31 interns from the same department from July 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the observation group. The control group received traditional clinical teaching,while the observation group received goal-based progressive teaching.The examination scores(theoretical knowledge,operational skills,comprehensive analysis),teaching outcomes(self-taught ability,learning attitude),and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups after the internship. Results The observation group had higher examination scores in theoretical knowledge,operational skills,and comprehensive analysis abilities(P<0.05),as well as higher scores in self-taught ability and learning attitude(P<0.05).Additionally,the observation group reported higher scores in teaching quality,teaching methods,and teaching content compared with the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Goal-based progressive teaching demonstrates significant application effects in clinical education on mechanical ventilation management strategies for pediatric ARDS.It can significantly enhance interns’ theoretical knowledge,operational skills,comprehensive analysis abilities,and self-taught capabilities,improve their learning attitudes,increase teaching satisfaction among interns as well.更多还原
