【摘要】 目的 探讨“三位一体导师负责制”在全科住院医师规范化培训中的应用与成效。方法 选取2023年11月至2024年10月接受住院医师规范化培训的全科和助理全科学员42人作为研究对象，分为试验组和对照组，每组21人。试验组采用“三位一体导师负责制”培训模式，对照组采用传统培训模式，比较两组培训前后的考试成绩及综合能力。结果 培训前两组各考核项目成绩比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；培训后试验组临床演练、技能和理论成绩均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。试验组对培训效果的认可度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 相比传统培训模式，“三位一体导师负责制”在提高全科医生的综合素质与临床能力方面表现出显著优势。这为该模式的有效性提供了有力的数据支持，为进一步推广和优化全科医生培养模式提供了参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application and effectiveness of Trinity Mentor Responsibility System in general practice residency training.Methods 42 general practitioners and assistant general practitioners who received residency training from November2023 to October 2024 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the experimental group and the control group,with21 people in each group.The experimental group received the Trinity Mentor Responsibility System training mode,and the control group received the traditional training mode.The test scores and comprehensive abilities were compared before and after training between two groups.Results Before training,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of each test item(P >0.05).After training,the clinical practice,skills and theoretical scores of the experimental group were higher than the control group, the difference has statistics significance(P<0.05).The degree of recognition of the training effect in the experimental group was higher than in the control group,and difference has statistics significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional training mode,the Trinity Mentor Responsibility System shows significant advantages in improving the comprehensive quality and clinical ability of general practitioners.This provides strong data support for the effectiveness of the model and serves as a reference for further promoting and optimizing the training model for general practitioners.更多还原
