【摘要】 目的 分析医学试题库相关中文文献，探讨该领域的研究现状、热点及趋势。方法 检索中国知网、万方、维普数据库中2000年1月1日至2024年5月31日发布的医学试题库相关中文文献，利用CiteSpace软件对文献发文量、作者、机构及关键词进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入482篇医学试题库相关文献，发文量呈波动性增长趋势，发文量排名前三的作者是石平、张东海、刚君，机构是首都医科大学、内蒙古医科大学、海军军医大学；识别出10个研究聚类、14个突现词，研究热点主要为医学各学科及课程试题库的建设与应用，且研究方向逐渐向数字化、智能化及国际化转变。结论 医学试题库研究日益受到学者的关注，未来应加强跨学科合作，通过技术创新，促进医学试题库高质量发展，从而推动我国医学教育进步。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the related Chinese literature on medical question bank,and explore the research status,hotspots and trends in this field.Methods The related Chinese literature in the medical question bank published from January 1st of 2000 to May 31 st of 2024 in the databases of CNKI,Wanfang and VIP were retrieved,and issued volume,authors,institutions and keywords were visualized and analyzed with CiteSpace software.Results A total of 482 related articles were included in the medical question bank,and issued volume showed a fluctuating growth trend.The top three authors in the number of articles were SHI Ping,ZHANG Donghai,and GANG Jun,and the institutions were Capital Medical University,Inner Mongolia Medical University,and Naval Medical University.Identified 10 research clusters and 14 prominent words,with research hotspots mainly focused on the construction and application of medical disciplines and course question banks,and research directions gradually shifting towards digitization,intelligence,and internationalization.Conclusion The research on medical question banks is receiving increasing attention from scholars.In the future,interdisciplinary cooperation should be strengthened to promote high-quality development of medical question banks through technological innovation,thereby advancing medical education in China.更多还原
