【摘要】 目的 了解本科护生老年医疗态度和老年护理择业动机的现况，探索二者之间的关系，为改善本科护生老年医疗态度、提升其老年护理择业动机水平、充实老年护理服务人才队伍提供理论依据。方法 采用便利抽样法，于2023年11—12月选取辽宁省沈阳市3所医学院校共计477名本科护生作为研究对象，采用一般资料调查表、老年医疗态度量表、老年护理择业动机问卷进行调查，并对数据进行分析。结果 本科护生老年医疗态度总分为（48.76±5.69）分，老年护理择业动机总分为（66.53±10.71）分。相关分析显示，除老年医疗态度的社会维度与老年护理择业动机总分及各维度、老年医疗态度的资源维度与老年护理择业动机的代价维度外，护生老年医疗态度总分及其余各维度得分与老年护理择业动机总分及各维度得分均呈正相关（r=0.097～0.378,P<0.01）。多元分层回归显示，是否有从事老年护理意愿、老年医疗态度的同情和医疗维度对老年护理择业动机具有正向预测作用（β=-0.218、0.256、0.239,P<0.01），共解释变异量为19.7%。结论 本科护生老年医疗态度处于中等偏上水平，老年护理择业动机处于中等水平。是否有从事老年护理意愿、老年医疗态度的同情和医疗维度对老年护理择业动机具有正向预测作用。建议医学院校进一步采取措施，帮助护生树立积极的老年医疗态度，提升护生老年护理择业动机水平，为充实老年护理人才队伍奠定基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To learn the status of nursing undergraduates’ attitudes toward geriatric care and their career motivation in geriatric nursing,explore the relationship between them,and provide theoretical evidence for improving nursing undergraduates’ geriatric care attitudes,enhancing their career motivation in geriatric nursing,and strengthening the geriatric nursing workforce.Methods Using convenience sampling,a total of 477 nursing undergraduates from three medical colleges in Shenyang City,Liaoning Province were recruited from November to December 2023 as research sudjects. Data were collected through general demographic questionnaires,the Geriatric Care Attitude Scale,and the Career Motivation Questionnaire in Geriatric Nursing,followed by statistical analysis. Results The nursing undergaduates’ total score for geriatric care attitudes was (48.76±5.69)score,while the total score for career motivation in geriatric nursing was (66.53±10.71) score. Correlation analysis revealed that,except for the relationship between the social dimension of geriatric care attitudes and the total/subscale scores of career motivation in geriatric nursing,and between the resource dimension of geriatric care attitudes and the cost dimension of career motivation in geriatric nursing,all other dimensions and total scores of geriatric care attitudes were positively correlated with dimensions and total scores of career motivation in geriatric nursing(r=0.097 to 0.378,P<0.01). Multiple hierarchical regression analysis showed that whether they have intention to pursue geriatric nursing or not,and the sympathy and medical care dimensions of geriatric care attitudes had positive predictive effects on career motivation in geriatric nursing(β=-0.218,0.256,0.239,P<0.01),explaining 19.7% of the variance. Conclusion Nursing undergraduates demonstrate an above-average level of attitudes toward geriatric healthcare,while their career motivation in elderly care remains at a moderate level.Whether have willingness to pursue geriatric nursing or not,along with the sympathy and medical care dimensions of their attitudes toward geriatric healthcare,positively predicts their career motivation in this field. Medical colleges should implement further measures to foster more positive attitudes toward geriatric care among nursing students and enhance their career motivation in this specialty. Such efforts would lay a foundation for strengthening the workforce in elderly nursing.更多还原
