【摘要】 新医科建设要求培养创新型医学人才，山东中医药大学实验中心针对基础医学实验教学中存在的问题，为提升本科阶段实验教学质量和学生创新实践能力，以科教融合为手段，将教师科研成果引入实验教学，在临床医学五年制本科基础医学整合实验课程中引入通常应用于科研实验的睡眠剥夺动物模型，建立了跨学科整合实验项目——睡眠剥夺对神经认知损伤实验，收到了良好效果，培养了学生的创新能力和科研思维，为基础医学整合实验教学改革提供了参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of new medicine requires the cultivation of innovative medical personnel.In response to the problems in experimental teaching of basic medicine,the Experimental Center of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine uses the integration of science and education as the means to improve the quality of undergraduate experimental teaching and students’ innovative practical ability.By introducing teachers’ scientific research achievements into experimental teaching,a sleep deprivation animal model commonly used in scientific research experiments is introduced into the five-year undergraduate basic medicine integrated experimental course of clinical medicine.An interdisciplinary integrated experimental project:Sleep Deprivation on Neurocognitive Impairment Experiment is established.The implementation of this project in teaching has achieved satisfied results,cultivated students’ innovative ability and scientific thinking,and provided reference for the reform of basic medicine integrated experimental teaching.更多还原
