大尺寸碘化钠制备厂房的联锁控制系统设计

【摘要】 为了解决在制备大尺寸碘化钠晶体过程中可能存在的安全问题,特别是高温环境下晶体制备装置可能产生的化学原料挥发问题,需要设计安全联锁控制系统,以保障试验人员的安全。采用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)作为主要控制装置,辅以其他监测设备,设计了试验厂房的安全联锁控制系统方案。该系统采用巡检联锁、浓度监测装置联锁以及南北两侧门装置联锁技术,具备操作对象锁定、设备运行状态监测和区域进入限制功能。设计完成后,对联锁系统进行了搭建,并对制备过程中可能遇到的危险情况进行了模拟。在模拟过程中,安全联锁控制系统取得了良好的运行结果,使系统的可行性和可靠性得以验证。该安全联锁控制系统的设计方案对于化工试验安全生产过程具有可靠性,为类似试验的安全设计提供了有效的设计方案。

【Abstract】 To solve the possible safety problems during the preparation of large size sodium iodide crystals, especially the possible volatilization problems of chemical materials from the crystal preparation device under high-temperature environment, it is necessary to design a safety interlocking control system to ensure the safety of test personnel. Adopting programmable logic controller(PLC) as the main control device, supplemented by other monitoring equipment, the safety interlocking control system program of the test plant is designed. The system adopts inspection interlocking, concentration monitoring device interlocking, and north and south side door suction device interlocking technology, which has functions such as locking of operating objects, monitoring of equipment operation status, and area access restrictions. After the design is completed, the interlocking system is constructed and the dangerous situations that might be encountered in the preparation process are simulated. In the simulation process, the safety interlocking control system achieved good operation results and verified the feasibility and reliability of the system. The design scheme of the safety interlocking control system is reliable for the safe production process of chemical tests and provides a reliable design scheme for the safety design of similar tests.
