建构主义视域下高职院校项目式智慧教学模式创新与实践——以西安航空职业技术学院为例
Innovation and Practice of Project-Based Smart Teaching Model in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Constructivism:A Case Study of Xi’an Aeronautical Polytechnic Institute
【摘要】 在中国式现代化建设背景下,如何培养具有工程实践及创新能力的高技能人才以适应军民航高速发展已成为航空类高职院校的重要课题。文章以西安航空职业技术学院为例,阐述了学生工程实践和创新能力对高职专业教育的重要性,研究了建构主义理论与项目式教学的关联性。依托航空产业集聚优势重构了建构主义理论指导的项目式智慧教学模式,通过“真实情境导入—企业协同育人—技术反哺生产”路径,实现了学生工程创新能力与岗位胜任力的同步提升,为区域先进制造业升级提供了人才支撑。
【Abstract】 Against the backdrop of Chinese-style modernization, cultivating high-skilled talents with engineering practice and innovation capabilities to meet the rapid development of military and civil aviation has become a crucial task for aeronautical higher vocational institutions.Taking Xi’an Aeronautical Polytechnic Institute as an example, this paper elaborates on the importance of students’ engineering practice and innovation abilities in vocational professional education and examines the correlation between constructivist theory and project-based teaching.Leveraging the advantages of aviation industry agglomeration, a project-based smart teaching model guided by constructivist theory has been restructured.Through the pathway of “authentic scenario introduction—enterprise collaborative education—technology feedback to production, ” the model achieves simultaneous enhancement of students’ engineering innovation capabilities and job competency, providing talent support for the upgrading of regional advanced manufacturing.
