【摘要】 主要设计了一种基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的顽石破碎车间除尘下位机程序系统。该系统旨在解决破碎车间中产生的粉尘污染问题,提高车间环境的清洁度和改善员工的工作环境。系统通过PLC控制各种除尘设备的运行,包括风机、除尘器等,实现自动化的粉尘处理过程。通过在现有车间设备上添加传感器和执行器,实现了对粉尘浓度、空气流速和液位等参数的实时监测和调节。该系统具有稳定可靠、操作简便、节能环保等特点,适用于顽石破碎车间等工业场景的粉尘治理需求。

【Abstract】 This paper mainly designs a lower computer program system for dust removal in the rock crushing workshop based on Programmable Logic Controller(PLC). The system aims to solve the problem of dust pollution generated in the crushing workshop, improve the cleanliness of the workshop environment, and enhance the working environment for employees. The system controls the operation of various dust removal equipment, including fans, dust collectors, etc., through PLC to achieve automated dust treatment processes. By adding sensors and actuators to existing workshop equipment, real-time monitoring and adjustment of parameters such as dust concentration, air flow rate, and liquid level have been achieved. This system has the characteristics of stability, reliability, easy operation, energy saving and environmental protection, and is suitable for dust control needs in industrial scenarios such as rock crushing workshops.
