一种新型多维电涡流调谐质量阻尼器及结构减震控制研究
Novel multidimensional eddy current tuned mass damper and structural seismic control research
【摘要】 地震动和结构都具有多维的特性,在地震作用下结构不仅会产生平动也会发生扭转,传统的调谐质量阻尼器一般只能控制结构的平动,无法有效控制结构的扭转反应。因此,提出了一种新型多维电涡流调谐质量阻尼器(multidimensional eddy current tuned mass dampers, MEC-TMD),可同时控制结构的平动和扭转反应。在分析了阻尼器内在结构形式和推导了阻尼力计算公式的基础上,以一个典型的偏心结构为研究对象,考虑不同场地的地震动的影响,利用有限元数值模拟方法对比分析了MEC-TMD与传统TMD的减震控制效率,初步验证了所提出的MEC-TMD的有效性。结果表明:所提出的MEC-TMD对结构地震作用下的平动和扭转反应均有良好的控制效果,该阻尼器的研发对于有效控制结构的扭转反应具有积极的意义和应用价值。
【Abstract】 Both ground motion and structure have multidimensional characteristics, and the structure will not only generate translational motion but also torsional motion under seismic action, and the traditional tuned mass dampers generally can only control the translational motion of the structure, but not the torsional response of the structure effectively. Therefore, a new type of multidimensional eddy current tuned mass dampers(MEC-TMD) was proposed, which could simultaneously control the translational and torsional responses of the structure. On the basis of analyzing the intrinsic structural features of the dampers and deriving the formula for calculating the damping force, a typical eccentric structure was taken as the analysis object, and the damping control efficiency of the MEC-TMD was compared with that of the traditional TMD by using the finite element numerical simulation method considering the effects of ground vibration at different sites, so as to preliminarily validate the effectiveness of the MEC-TMD proposed in the paper. The results show that the proposed MEC-TMD has good control effect on both translational and torsional response of the structure under seismic action, and the development of this type of damper has positive significance and application value for the effective control of torsional response of structures.
