【摘要】 目的 分析右归丸加减治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的效果及其价值,以期为多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的治疗提供帮助。方法 选取2022年7月—2024年6月石河子大学第一附属医院接诊的60例多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者为研究对象，随机分为参考组和研究组，每组30例。参考组患者给予常规治疗，研究组患者在参考组基础上加用右归丸加减治疗。比较两组促卵泡生成素（FSH）、促黄体生成素（LH）、雌激素（E₂）、治疗效果及一年后的妊娠情况。结果 研究组FSH、LH及E₂水平优于参考组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组治疗总有效率为96.67%，高于参考组的76.67%，差异有统计学意义（χ²=5.192,P<0.05）。研究组妊娠率为73.33%，明显高于参考组的40.00%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论右归丸加减治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的效果确切，可提高患者治疗有效率及妊娠率，优化其激素指标，值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the efficacy and value of modified Yougui Pill in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility,in order to provide assistance for the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility. Methods Sixty infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University from July 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a reference group and a study group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the reference group received routine treatment,while patients in the study group received additional treatment with modified Yougui Pill on the basis of the reference group. The follicle stimulating hormone（FSH）,luteinizing hormone（LH）,estrogen（E₂）,treatment efficacy and pregnancy status one year later of two groups were compared. Results The levels of FSH,LH,and E₂ in the study group were superior to those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）. The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.67%,which was higher than 76.67% in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant（χ²=5.192,P<0.05）. The pregnancy rate of the study group was 73.33%,which was significantly higher than that in the reference group with 40.00%,and the difference was statistically significant（P <0.05）. Conclusion The modified Yougui Pill had a definite effect on treating infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome,which could improve the effectiveness of treatment and pregnancy rate,optimize hormone indicators,and was worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
