船体曲面分段虚拟流水线的CONWIP控制策略
CONWIP Control Strategy for Virtual Assembly Line of Hull Curved Section
【摘要】 针对船体曲面分段制造的效率问题,提出船体曲面分段虚拟流水线的定量在制品法(Constant Work-In-Process, CONWIP)控制策略。根据船体曲面分段虚拟流水线生产流程,确定各分段的各工序作业量。从CONWIP控制原理、工序环路设定和仿真模型参数设置等方面阐述CONWIP控制策略。试验结果对比和工位待料时间占比对比确定CONWIP控制策略在船体曲面分段虚拟流水线中的适用性。研究结果表明,该策略可有效解决船体曲面分段制造效率低和工位待料的问题。
【Abstract】 In view of the efficiency problem of hull curved section manufacturing, a Constant Work-In-Process(CONWIP) control strategy for virtual assembly line of hull curved section is proposed. According to the production flow of virtual assembly line of hull curved section, the operation volume of each routing in each section is determined. The CONWIP control strategy is expounded in such as CONWIP control principle, routing loop setting, and simulation model parameter setting. The applicability of CONWIP control strategy in virtual assembly line of hull curved section is determined with the test results comparison and the proportion comparison of supply delay time at work station. The research results show that the strategy can effectively solve the problems of low manufacturing efficiency and supply delay time at work station of hull curved section.
