草莓红中柱根腐病病原鉴定及哈茨木霉菌防病效果初探
Pathogen identification of strawberry red stele root rot and preliminary study on disease prevention effect of Trichoderma harziensis
【摘要】 红中柱根腐病是草莓上的重要病害,不同地区的主要病原菌存在差异。在河北保定4个草莓产区采集草莓红中柱根腐病病株,经分离纯化、柯赫氏法则验证,并采取形态观察和分子生物学技术,鉴定了病菌种类,并在盆栽草莓植株上测试了哈茨木霉菌对该病的防治效果。鉴定发现分离自病株的致病菌HGF-3为茄腐镰孢菌(Fusarium solani)、HGF-10为层出镰孢菌(F. proliferatum)、HGF-26为尖孢镰孢菌(F. oxysporum)。生防菌剂哈茨木霉菌以50倍稀释液灌根后,对茄腐镰孢菌和尖孢镰孢菌接种发病的防效为58.82%,对层出镰孢菌接种发病的防效为50%,哈茨木霉菌在本研究中对草莓红中柱根腐病起到了一定的防治作用,为其在防治实践中的应用提供了依据。
【Abstract】 Red stele root rot is a major disease affecting strawberries, and the main pathogens vary by region. The diseased strawberry plants exhibiting red stele root rot were collected from four primary strawberry-producing areas in Baoding, Hebei Province. The pathogen species were identified by tissue isolation, pathogen purification, Koch’s postulates verification,morphological observation, and molecular biology techniques. The effectiveness of Trichoderma harziensis as a biocontrol agent against the disease was tested on potted strawberry plants. The pathogens identified in Baoding included Fusarium solanum(HGF-3), Fusarium proliferatum(HGF-10), and Fusarium oxysporum(HGF-26). When T. harziensis was applied to the roots at a 1:50 dilution, it demonstrated a control effectiveness of 58.82% against F. solani and F. oxysporum, and50.00% against F. proliferatum. This study indicates that T. harzianum played a certain role in the prevention and management of strawberry red stele root rot, providing a foundation for its practical application in disease control.
