辽宁盘锦稻田荻草谷网蚜及主要捕食性天敌生态位分析
Ecological niche analysis of Sitobion miscanthi (Takahashi) and major predatory natural enemies in Panjin Rice Field, Liaoning Province
【摘要】 采用盆拍法和扫网法调查记录辽宁省盘锦市稻田蚜虫优势种荻草谷网蚜发生量及主要捕食性天敌的种类和数量。根据生态位理论分析荻草谷网蚜和优势天敌田间种群生态位与重叠度。在调查田共发现7目23科68种捕食性天敌,优势天敌共5目12科23种。其中荻草谷网蚜与优势天敌蜘蛛、瓢虫、草蛉、蟌、食蚜蝇的时间生态位宽度分别为0.012 0、0.043 0、1.203 5、2.375 6、0.273 1、0.847 8,空间生态位宽度分别为0.006 5、0.396 8、3.114 5、9.035 0、9.400 2、37.645 7,时空生态位宽度分别为0.000 1、0.017 1、3.748 2、21.463 4、2.566 9、31.915 1。荻草谷网蚜的生态位宽度值最小,田间发生时期集中,空间呈聚集分布。荻草谷网蚜与优势天敌时间、空间及时空二维生态位重叠度值均以蜘蛛最高、瓢虫次之,两者对荻草谷网蚜具有明显的跟随效应。本研究结果可为保护与利用稻田天敌提供依据。
【Abstract】 Using the pan trap met hod and sweep net method,the occurrence of the dominant aphid species Sitobion miscanthi and the species and abundance of major predatory natural enemies were investigated and recorded in rice fields of Panjin,Liaoning Province.Following the principles of niche theory,an analysis was conducted of the niche and overlap degree of field populations of S.miscanthi and dominant natural enemies.The results indicated the presence of 68 species of predatory natural enemies across 7 orders and 23 families.Among these,23 species of dominant natural enemies were identified,belonging to five orders and 12 families.The temporal niche widths of S.miscanthi and its dominant natural enemies including spiders,ladybugs,lacewings,platypus,and syrphids,were 0.012 0,0.043 0,1.203 5,2.375 6,0.273 1,and 0.847 8,respectively.The spatial niche widths were 0.006 5,0.396 8,3.114 5,9.035 0,9.400 2,and 37.645 7,respectively,and the spatio-temporal niche widths were 0.000 1,0.017 1,3.748 2,21.463 4,2.566 9,and 31.915 1,respectively.The niche width of S.miscanthi was found to be the smallest,and its occurrence period was concentrated in the field,and the spatial distribution was concentrated.The niche overlap values between S.miscanthi and dominant natural enemies in the temporal,spatial,and spatio-temporal dimensions exhibited the greatest values for spiders,followed by ladybugs.Both spiders and ladybugs demonstrated significant population dynamics tailing effects on S.miscanthi.In field management,the protection and utilization of natural enemies should be strengthened to enhance the natural control function of natural enemies.
