东亚小花蝽对花蓟马的捕食功能评价

【摘要】 东亚小花蝽Orius sauteri是一种重要的捕食性天敌昆虫,通过开展室内与田间试验,研究其对向日葵害虫花蓟马Frankliniella intonsa的捕食能力。结果表明:东亚小花蝽4龄若虫对花蓟马2龄若虫的捕食潜能(a/Th)最大,为42.35头;东亚小花蝽成虫对花蓟马成虫的捕食潜能较大,为38.46头。捕食量与花蓟马的密度呈正相关,搜寻效应与花蓟马的密度呈负相关。东亚小花蝽对花蓟马的捕食作用受自身密度干扰,平均捕食率与天敌自身密度呈负相关,分摊竞争强度与天敌自身密度呈正相关。在向日葵田释放东亚小花蝽可降低释放区域花蓟马的种群数量。综上所述,东亚小花蝽具有一定的生物防治潜力,可作为天敌昆虫应用于花蓟马的防治。

【Abstract】 Orius sauteri, an important predatory natural enemy insect, was the focus of this study. The predation ability of O. sauteri to Frankliniella intonsa was measured in this study. The results showed that the predation potential(a/Th) of the4th instar nymphs of O. sauteri to the 2nd instar nymphs of F. intonsa was the highest at 42.35. The predation potential of adult O. sauteri on adult F. intonsa was found to be 38.46. A positive correlation was identified between the predation amount of O. sauteri and the density of F. intonsa, and a negative correlation was observed between the search effectiveness of O. sauteri and the density of F. intonsa. The predation to F. intonsa was found to be influenced by O.Sauteris density. The average predation rate was negatively correlated with the density of natural enemies, while the intensity of apportionment competition was positively correlated with the density of natural enemies. The release of O.sauteri in the sunflower field can reduce the population of F. intonsa in the release area. In conclusion, O. sauteri has good potential in biological control and can be used as an effective natural enemy insect to control F. intonsa.
