食诱剂监测草地螟成虫种群动态研究

【摘要】 为丰富草地螟成虫监测手段,2023年5—9月在河北省康保县和内蒙古自治区达拉特旗开展了草地螟成虫食诱和常规测报灯监测效果对比试验。试验结果表明,食诱和灯诱在康保县、达拉特旗分别监测到4、5次蛾峰,均表现明显蛾峰,两者峰次、峰期基本一致;食诱雌雄成虫性比多小于1,不同于灯诱均大于1;康保县、达拉特旗灯诱1~2级卵巢发育雌蛾占比分别在8成和6成以上,康保县食诱诱集1级卵巢数量占比多于灯诱;康保县盛发期和峰日食诱杂虫率分别为34.48%、31.25%,达拉特旗分别为8.73%和0.55%。综合分析认为,食诱能准确反映田间草地螟成虫种群动态,可替代田间的人工百步惊蛾调查,具有使用便捷、灵敏度高、专一性较好的优点,适合用于田间监测。试验结果为实现草地螟精准监测和及时防控提供了重要的技术保障。

【Abstract】 The objective of the present study was to expand the scope of monitoring methods for the meadow moth. To this end, a comparative experiment of food attractant trapping and conventional monitoring light was carried out in Kangbao County(Hebei Province) and Dalad Banner(Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region) from May to September 2023. The results showed that both methods successfully detected four and five population peaks of meadow moths in Kangbao and Dalad, respectively. The temporal patterns of these peaks were found to be similar. The sex ratio of adult moths attracted by food was less than 1, which was different from that captured by the light trap. The proportion of female moths in the first and second stage of ovarian development in light traps was more than 80% and 60%, respectively. The female adults with ovarian development in the first stage lured by food attractant in Kangbao was more than in the light trap. The nontarget pests attraction rates during t he peak period and peak day in Kangbao were 34.48% and 31.25%, respectively,while in Dalad, these rates were 8.73% and 0.55%. It was concluded that food attractant trapping could accurately reflect the population dynamics of the adult moth in the field, thereby serving as a reliable alternative to conventional on-set surveys. It had the advantages of convenience, high sensitivity, and good specificity, making it suitable for field monitoring. The experimental results offer significant technical support for accurate monitoring and timely prevention and control of meadow moth.
