【摘要】 在全球复杂性挑战与高等教育转型背景下，超学科以其问题导向、多元主体协同及知识弥散性特征，成为破解学科封闭性与社会开放性之间矛盾的关键范式。基于学科演进逻辑、知识生产模式转型及高等教育功能重构的理论框架，提出超学科发展的应然特征：问题导向的知识生产机制、五重螺旋主体协同网络、柔性开放的组织形态及批判融合的文化价值取向。进一步提出超学科在高等教育中的实践进路，包括强化学科组织制度化创新、推动课程体系项目化重构、实现评价机制社会化转型，以及促进文化生态包容化培育。超学科通过整合创新型人才培养、知识生产与增值三位一体机制，可为高等教育系统应对复杂社会挑战提供系统性解决方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the context of global complexity challenges and the transformation of higher education, transdisciplinarity has emerged as a critical paradigm for addressing the contradiction between disciplinary closure and societal openness, characterized by its problem-oriented focus, multi-stakeholder collaboration, and knowledge diffusion. This paper, based on a theoretical framework of disciplinary evolution logic, the transformation of knowledge production models, and the reconstruction of higher education functions, proposes the normative characteristics of transdisciplinary development: a problem-oriented knowledge production mechanism, a five-spiral stakeholder collaboration network, a flexible and open organizational form, and a critically integrative cultural orientation. Furthermore, the paper outlines the practical pathways for transdisciplinary development in higher education, including institutional innovation in disciplinary organization, project-based reconstruction of the curriculum system, social transformation of evaluation mechanisms, and the inclusive cultivation of cultural ecosystems. By integrating innovative talent cultivation, knowledge production, and value creation into a three-dimensional mechanism, transdisciplinarity provides a systematic solution for higher education to address complex social challenges.更多还原
