【Abstract】 The concept of a systematic perspective is a fundamental aspect of Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, serving as both a worldview and methodology. It also underpins Xi Jinping’s important expositions on preventing and resolving major risks. General Secretary Xi Jinping, drawing on the ideas of classical Marxist writers regarding risk prevention and resolution, inheriting the risk-averse genes embedded in the excellent traditional Chinese culture, and summarizing the century-long historical experience of the Communist Party of China in this area, focuses on the “Two Overall Situations.” He maintains a clear and firm understanding of addressing the “Unique Challenges Faced by Large Parties.”From the perspective of understanding, General Secretary Xi has clarified the systemic nature of the “Risk Complex.” From a practical standpoint, he has proposed the comprehensive resolution strategy of “Four Comprehensives and One Link.” These discussions form a significant theoretical framework for preventing and mitigating major risks in the new era.
