【摘要】 南极磷虾(Euphausia superba)产业是极地远洋渔业的重要组成部分。本研究通过产业调研、标准检索、文献梳理和对比分析等方法，概述了中国南极磷虾产业发展现状及标准化工作进展，分别在南极磷虾资源探测、生态捕捞、产品加工与流通、设施与装备制造等方面，构建了南极磷虾全产业链标准体系框架，编制了南极磷虾产业标准体系明细表，并提出加强捕捞加工装备技术创新研究、渔场资源生态基础研究和高值化加工关键技术研究等建议，通过优先构建以加工基础通用标准、产品品质评价方法、加工操作规程和冷链贮运规范为主体的南极磷虾加工与质量安全标准体系，以促进产业链上下游标准有效衔接，为中国南极磷虾产业标准化决策提供参考。[中国渔业质量与标准，2025,15(2):01-14]更多还原

【Abstract】 The Antarctic krill industry is a vital sector within polar deep-sea fisheries. This study outlines the current development status and standardization progress of China’s Antarctic krill industry using industry surveys, standards retrieval, literature review, and comparative analysis. A comprehensive standard system framework and a detailed list of standards for the Antarctic krill industry were established, encompassing Antarctic krill resource detection, ecological fishing, products processing and distribution, facility and equipment manufacturing. The study also proposes recommendations for enhancing researches on technological innovation in fishing and processing equipment, ecological foundations of krill resources, and key technologies for high-value utilization. By prioritizing the establishment of standard system for Antarctic krill processing and quality assurance, which focusing on general processing standards, product quality evaluation methods, operational procedures, and cold chain storage and transportation specifications.
