【摘要】 作为融合艺术、技术与人文的交叉学科，艺术设计类专业教学改革的核心在于解决“教什么”的主体适配与“教什么内容”的市场响应问题，而推动结构化教师团队与模块化教材开发的深度耦合，正是从理论逻辑、实践逻辑及价值逻辑层面破解这一命题的关键。然而，师资队伍结构性失衡、教材开发逻辑错位、制度保障体系碎片化等问题，造成了二者耦合运行的梗阻。对此，通过跨界融合、分层培育与动态更新优化教师团队结构，以三级转化、项目载体与多元形态强化教材开发的产教融合内核，依托数字化平台、智能工具与虚拟工坊实现技术赋能，借助评价激励、产权管理与资源配置创新构建制度保障等路径，将有效疏解教材滞后、教学脱节、人才错配等问题，从而实现二者的耦合。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an interdisciplinary subject integrating art,technology and humanities,the core of the teaching reform for Art and Design majors lies in solving the problems of the subject adaptation of "who teaches" and the market response of "what content to teach".Promoting the in-depth coupling between structured teacher teams and modular teaching material development is exactly the key to solving this proposition from the perspectives of theoretical logic,practical logic and value logic.However,issues such as the structural imbalance of the teaching staff,the misalignment of the logic in teaching material development,and the fragmentation of the institutional guarantee system have caused obstacles to the coupled operation of the two.Therefore,effective measures to solve the problems of outdated teaching materials,a disconnection between teaching and practice,and a mismatch in talent supply and demand are proposed as follows.The structure of teacher teams can be optimized through cross-border integration,hierarchical cultivation and dynamic renewal.Three-level transformation,project-based carriers and diversified forms serve to strengthen the industry-education integration core of teaching material development.Technical empowerment is achieved through reliance on digital platforms,intelligent tools and virtual workshops.Institutional guarantees are established by means of innovation in evaluation and incentives,property rights management and resource allocation.Thus the the coupling between structured teacher teams and modular teaching material development can be achieved.更多还原
