【摘要】 目的 分析果胶铋四联疗法应用于小儿消化性溃疡合并幽门螺杆菌感染临床治疗中的价值。方法 选取2022年1月至2024年12月龙岩市第一医院收治的106例消化性溃疡患儿，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（53例，采用阿莫西林，甲硝唑，奥美拉唑治疗）和研究组（53例，在对照组的基础上加用果胶铋）。比较两组临床疗效、溃疡愈合率、幽门螺杆菌（Hp）根除率、症状缓解时间、实验室指标及不良反应。结果 研究组总有效率、溃疡愈合率、Hp根除率高于对照组，腹痛缓解时间、反酸消失时间短于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，研究组胃泌素-17、白细胞介素-8低于对照组，胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ/Ⅱ比值、超氧化物歧化酶、血铝水平高于对照组（P<0.05）；两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）。结论 小儿消化性溃疡采用含铋四联疗法治疗可提升疗效，促进溃疡愈合，提高Hp根除率，且安全性良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the value of pectin bismuth quadruple therapy in the clinical treatment of pediatric peptic ulcer combined with Helicobacter pylori infection. Methods A total of 106 children with peptic ulcer admitted to Longyan First Hospital from January 2022 to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(53 cases, treated with amoxicillin, metronidazole, and omeprazole) and a study group(53 cases, treated with pectin bismuth in addition to the control group’s regimen). Clinical efficacy, ulcer healing rate, H. pylori eradication rate, symptom relief time, laboratory indicators, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate, ulcer healing rate, and H. pylori eradication rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the abdominal pain relief time and acid regurgitation disappearance time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, gastrin-17 and interleukin-8 levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group, while the pepsinogen I/II ratio, superoxide dismutase level, and blood aluminum level were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusions Bismuthcontaining quadruple therapy for pediatric peptic ulcer can improve efficacy, promote ulcer healing, increase the H. pylori eradication rate, and demonstrates good safety.更多还原
