【摘要】 目的 研究阿尔茨海默病患者在治疗过程中，接受品管圈模式护理干预的临床价值。方法 选择2020年1月至2022年12月本院接受治疗的阿尔茨海默病患者120例，以及本段时间内参与品管圈干预的护理人员25名作为认知训练效果评估的对象。随机数字表法将患者分成对照组和观察组，各60例。对照组接受常规认知护理；观察组接受品管圈模式护理。对比两组护理前后认知能力、生活能力、生活质量等评分，比较护理人员干预前后的认知训练效果。结果 干预后，护理人员的理论知识合格率、技能操作合格率、认知干预行为落实率均高于干预前（P<0.05）。护理后3、6个月观察组SF-36、ADL、MMSE评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 品管圈模式通过系统化流程不仅提高了护理质量，更显著改善了患者预后，为构建标准化、可持续的阿尔茨海默病护理质量持续改进体系提供了循证依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical value of receiving quality control circle model nursing intervention for patients with Alzheimer’s disease during the treatment process. Methods 120 Alzheimer’s disease patients who received treatment in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022, as well as 25 nursing staff who participated in quality control circle intervention during this period, were selected as the subjects for cognitive training effect evaluation. The random number table method divided the patients into a control group and an observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine cognitive care; The observation group received quality control circle mode nursing. Compare the scores of cognitive ability, living ability, and quality of life between two groups before and after nursing intervention, and compare the cognitive training effects of nursing staff before and after intervention. Results After the intervention, the theoretical knowledge qualification rate, skill operation qualification rate, and cognitive intervention behavior implementation rate of nursing staff were all higher than before the intervention(P<0.05). The SF-36, ADL, and MMSE scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at 3 and 6 months after nursing(P<0.05). Conclusions The quality control circle activities, through systematic processes, not only enhanced nursing quality but also significantly improved patient outcomes, providing evidence-based support for establishing a standardized and sustainable continuous quality improvement system in Alzheimer’s disease care.更多还原
