【摘要】 目的 探讨环泊酚与丙泊酚用于老年患者无痛胃镜检查中镇静效果、呼吸系统的影响。方法 选取2023年8月至2024年3月期间在南平市第一医院门诊进行无痛胃镜检查的患者80例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用丙泊酚麻醉方案，观察组采用环泊酚麻醉方案，比较两组的麻醉药物起效时间、插镜时间、苏醒时间、安全离室时间、呼吸抑制总时间、简易智力状态检查（MMSE）评分、镇静成功率及不良反应发生情况。结果 两组麻醉药物起效时间、插镜时间、苏醒时间、安全离室时间相比差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）；观察组的血流动力学各项指标均优于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组的MMSE评分高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组的呼吸抑制次数及总时间均短于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组的镇静成功率为100%，高于对照组的90%，即相比于对照组，镇静效果满意度更高（P<0.05）；观察组的不良反应发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 环泊酚应用于老年患者无痛胃镜检查，与丙泊酚相比，可以明显减少注射痛、呼吸暂停、低氧血症等不良事件的发生，并且心血管稳定性更高，在无痛胃镜诊疗过程中的安全性、有效性，镇静成功率、满意度更高，有益于临床中无痛胃镜检查的开展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the sedative effect and respiratory system effects of cyclopropofol and propofol in painless gastroscopy for elderly patients.Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent painless gastroscopy examination in the outpatient department of Nanping First Hospital from August 2023 to March 2024 were randomly divided into two groups,For the control group and observation group;The control group received propofol anesthesia,while the observation group received cyclopropofol anesthesia;Compare the onset time of anesthetic drugs,intubation time,recovery time,safe discharge time,total respiratory depression time,Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE) score,sedation success rate,and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results There was no difference in the onset time,insertion time,awakening time,and safe time of withdrawal between the two groups of anesthetic drugs,abnormal(P>0.05),The hemodynamic indicators of the observation group were superior to those of the control group(P<0.05),The MMSE score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),Observation groups respiratory depression.The frequency and total time were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05),The success rate of sedation in the observation group was100%,which was higher than the 90% in the control group,The satisfaction with the sedative effect was higher compared to the control group(P<0.05),The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of cyclopropofol in painless gastroscopy for elderly patients can significantly improve the efficacy compared to propofol,Significantly reduces the occurrence of adverse events such as injection pain apnea,and hypoxemia,and has higher cardiovascular stability,making it suitable for painless gastroscopy,The safety,effectiveness,sedation success rate,and high satisfaction during the diagnosis and treatment process are beneficial for the development of painless gastro scopy in clinical practice,worth promoting.更多还原
