【摘要】 目的 本研究旨在通过随机分组的临床试验，比较三拗汤合止嗽散联合枸橼酸喷托维林片与其他治疗方案在改善风寒束肺证感染后咳嗽（PIC）的效果。方法 选择2022年2月至2024年6月仪征市中医院收治的PIC病例，选取其中135例属于风寒束肺证患者为研究对象，并运用随机数字表法分组的方法将其分为3组，各45例。A组采用三拗汤联合枸橼酸喷托维林片进行治疗；B组给予三拗汤合止嗽散联合枸橼酸喷托维林片治疗；C组则仅给予枸橼酸喷托维林片治疗。3组患者的治疗疗程均为7 d，在治疗过程中，密切观察患者的各项指标。观察治疗后3组受试者的治疗有效率。结果 A、B、C 3组均可改善患者咳嗽、咽痒、咯痰、气急，缩短病程，B组疗效优于A组优于C组（P<0.05）。结论 针对风寒束肺证PIC患者，给予三拗汤合止嗽散联合枸橼酸喷托维林片治疗，可以显著提高临床疗效，缩短病程，提高治疗效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This study aims to compare the effects of San’ao decoction combined with pentoxyverine citrate tablets versus other treatment regimens in improving post-infection cough(PIC) in patients with Wind-Cold lung constraint syndrome through a randomized clinical trial.Methods A total of 135 patients diagnosed with PIC and classified as Wind-Cold lung constraint syndrome were selected from Yizheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital between February 2022 and June 2024 were randomly divided into three groups(each45 cases).Group A received San’ao decoction combined with pentoxyverine citrate tablets.Group B was treated with San ao decoction combined with Zhisou powder and pentoxyverine citrate tablets.Group C received only pentoxyverine citrate tablets.The treatment duration for all groups was 7 days,during which vrious indicators of the patients were closely monitored.The effective rates of treatment after were observed for all three groups,including traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scoring and cough visual anoalogue scale(VAS) scores.Results Group A,B and C can all improve patients’ cough,throat itching,expectoration and shortness of breath,and shorten the course of disease.The curative effect of group B was better than group A and group C(P<0.05).Conclusions For patients with Wind-Cold lung constraint syndrome and PIC,treatment with San’ao decoction combined with Zhisou powder and pentoxyverine citrate tablets can significantly improve clinical efficacy,shorten the course of the disease,and enhance treatment efficiency.更多还原
