【摘要】 目的 探讨数字化印模和硅橡胶印模用于单颗后牙种植修复对美学效果、咀嚼功能的影响。方法 选取2022年5月至2024年5月在福建医科大学附属闽东医院收治的单颗后牙种植患者94例，以随机数字表法分为对照组（硅橡胶印模，47例）和观察组（数字化印模，47例）进行修复；比较两组的修复美学效果及对咀嚼功能的影响。结果 种植3个月后，观察组的咀嚼效率、咬力、美观度评分均高于对照组（P<0.05），观察组菌斑指数、出血指数、牙周袋深度均低于对照组（P<0.05），观察组的临床操作时间短于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 单颗后牙种植患者经过数字化印模修复后效果最显著，其咀嚼功能和牙周健康指标均改善显著，且临床操作时间更短，美观度更高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Explore the effects of digital impressions and silicone rubber impressions on aesthetic outcomes and chewing function in single posterior tooth implant restoration.Methods A total of 94 patients with single posterior tooth implantation,admitted to Mindong Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from May 2022 to May 2024,were selected and divided into a control group(silicone rubber impression,n=47) and an observation group(digital impression,n=47) using random number table method for restoration.The aesthetic effect of restoration and the impact on masticatory function were compared between the two groups.Results Three months after implantation,the masticatory efficiency,occlusal force,and aesthetic score of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),the plaque index,bleeding index,and periodontal pocket depth of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the clinical operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Patients with single posterior tooth implantation achieved the most significant results after digital impression restoration:their masticatory function and periodontal health indicators were significantly improved,with shorter clinical operation time and higher aesthetic satisfaction.更多还原
