【摘要】 目的 分析在对退行性腰椎管狭窄症患者进行治疗时，联合应用小针刀与复方杜仲汤治疗效果，以及改善其腰椎功能的价值。方法 研究对象选取漳州市中医院的退行性腰椎管狭窄症患者60例，入院治疗时间为2020年1月至2024年6月；经随机单盲原则将全部患者分成两组，各30例，对照组接受复方杜仲汤治疗，研究组采用复方杜仲汤联合小针刀治疗，观察比较两组治疗效果、腰椎功能、中医证候积分、疼痛程度进行分析。结果 与对照组治疗有效率（76.67%）相比较，研究组的治疗有效率（96.67%）更高（P<0.05）。与对照组治疗后相比较，研究组的日本骨科协会评分更高（P<0.05），视觉模拟评分、Oswestry腰痛功能障碍指数评分、中医证候积分则更低（P<0.05）。结论 复方杜仲汤与小针刀联合应用治疗退行性腰椎管狭窄症患者能取得显著的临床疗效，不但能让患者临床症状及疼痛程度有效减轻，而且能显著改善患者腰椎功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of small needle knife combined with compound Duzhong decoction in the treatment of patients with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis, and the value of improving lumbar function. Methods Sixty patients with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis from Zhangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research subjects. The admission treatment period was from January 2020 to June 2024. All patients were randomly and single-blind divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received treatment with Compound Eucommia Decoction, while the study group was treated with Compound Eucommia Decoction combined with small needle knife. The therapeutic effects, lumbar spine functions, TCM syndrome scores, and pain degrees of the two groups were observed and compared for analysis. Results Compared with the treatment effective rate of the control group(76.67%), the treatment effective rate of the study group(96.67%) was higher(P<0.05). Compared with the control group after treatment, the Japanese Orthopaedic Association score of the study group was higher(P<0.05), while the Visual Analogue Scale score, Oswestry Low Back Pain Dysfunction Index score, and Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome score were lower(P<0.05). Conclusions The combined application of compound Duzhong decoction and small needle knife in the treatment of patients with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis can achieve significant clinical effect, not only can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and pain, but also can significantly improve the lumbar function of patients.更多还原
