【摘要】 目的 分析沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片联合苯磺酸左氨氯地平片治疗顽固性高血压的临床疗效。方法 选取句容市妇幼保健院2022年6月至2024年7月收治的128例顽固性高血压患者，随机数字表法分为两组，各64例。对照组使用缬沙坦联合苯磺酸左氨氯地平治疗，研究组采用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片联合苯磺酸左氨氯地平治疗，对比治疗前、治疗后临床疗效，对比血压水平（收缩压、舒张压及平均动脉压）、血脂代谢（甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇）、生活质量。结果 研究组临床治疗总有效率为98.44%，较对照组的87.50%高（P <0.05）；治疗后，研究组收缩压、舒张压及平均动脉压水平均低于对照组（均P <0.05）；研究组甘油三酯、总胆固醇水平低于对照组，高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平及生活质量评分均高于对照组（均P <0.05）。结论 沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片联合苯磺酸左氨氯地平片在治疗顽固性高血压方面具有显著临床疗效，能够降低血压水平，改善血脂代谢，提高患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of sacubactril valsartan sodium tablets combined with levamlodipine besylate tablets in the treatment of refractory hypertension. Methods A total of 128 patients with refractory hypertension were selected from Jurong Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2022 to July 2024, and divided into two groups with 64 cases each by random number table method.The control group was treated with valsartan combined with levamlodipine besylate, while the study group was treated with sackubactril valsartan combined with levamlodipine besylate. The clinical efficacy, blood pressure(systolic, diastolic and mean arterial pressure), lipid metabolism(triglyceride, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol) and quality of life were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was 98.44%, which was higher than that in the control group(87.50%)(P<0.05). The levels of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure in the study group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05). The levels of triglycerides and total cholesterol in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and quality of life were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05). Conclusions Sacubactril valsartan sodium tablets combined with levamlodipine besylate tablets have significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of refractory hypertension, which can reduce blood pressure, improve lipid metabolism and improve the quality of life of patients.更多还原
