【摘要】 茄子‘闽茄11号’是以自交系HLB60-1-2-1为母本，自交系HLB107-2-3-5为父本配制的杂交一代。无限生长型早中熟品种，耐低温弱光。果实棒形，果皮紫黑色，果肉绿白色，萼片绿色，连续结果性好。单果质量220～240 g，纵径30～35 cm，横径5～6 cm。维生素C含量0.0484 mg·g^-1，水分含量94.1%，蛋白质含量0.78%，粗纤维含量0.9%，还原糖含量2.3%，蔗糖0.36%。产量75 000 kg·hm^-2以上。高抗赤星病，抗灰霉病，适宜福建省越冬大棚栽培。更多还原

【Abstract】 ‘Minqie 11’ is a new eggplant F₁ hybrid developed by crossing two inbred line HLB60-1-2-1 as the female parent and inbred line HLB107-2-3-5 as male parent.‘Minqie 11’ is an early-middle maturing cultivar with an indeterminate growth habit. It has resistance to low temperature and weak light. The fruit is long cylindrical,with purple black skin,green white flesh,green calyx,and good continuous fruiting ability. The average weight of a single fruit is 220–240 g. It is 30–35 cm in length diameter and 5–6 cm in transverse diameter. The vitamin C content is about 0.0484 mg·g^-1,moisture content is 94.1%,protein content is 0.78%,crude fiber is 0.9%,reducing sugar content is 2.3%,and sucrose content is 0.36%. The yield is more than 75 000 kg·hm^-2. It is high resistant to brown leaf spot disease and resistant to gray mold disease,suitable for overwintering greenhouse cultivation in Fujian Province.更多还原
