医院污水处理系统的重建与应用——以杭州某医院为例
Reconstruction and Application of Hospital Sewage Treatment System——A Case Study of a Hospital in Hangzhou
【摘要】 随着医疗技术的发展和医疗服务量的增加,医院污水处理面临新的挑战。该文以杭州某医院污水处理系统的重建工程为例,通过工艺对比分析,最终选择生物接触氧化工艺,该工艺在处理效率、稳定性以及污泥产量方面与其他工艺相比具有显著优势。自动控制系统的引入进一步提高了系统的自动化水平,降低了能耗和运维成本。该系统投入使用后,污水处理效果显著提升,水质指标均达到甚至超过了《医疗机构水污染物排放标准》(GB18466—2005)中的要求,系统的运行成本和维护成本也得到了有效控制。
【Abstract】 With the development of medical technology and the increase in medical service volume, hospital sewage treatment faces new challenges. This article takes the reconstruction project of a hospital sewage treatment system in Hangzhou as an example, compares different processes, and ultimately selects the biological contact oxidation process, which has significant advantages in treatment efficiency, stability, and sludge production compared to other processes. The introduction of an automatic control system further improves the automation level of the system, reducing energy consumption and operation and maintenance costs. After the system was put into use, the sewage treatment effect was significantly improved, and the water quality indicators all met or exceeded the requirements of the "Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Medical Institutions"(GB 18466—2005), and the operating and maintenance costs of the system were effectively controlled.
