【摘要】 在深化医学教育改革、强化医学生临床岗位胜任力培养的背景下，生理学作为核心基础课程，其教学改革亟须与行业准入标准精准对接，以契合医学教育的发展需求。文章探索以执业医师资格考试为导向的生理学课程教学改革路径，通过系统重构教学内容、创新教学方法、改革考核评价体系，构建“教-学-评”一体化闭环。三项改革协同联动，内容重构奠定能力基石，方法创新驱动知识内化，评价改革多维度评价。生理学课程教学改革将基础教学与临床实践深度融合，通过提升学生的学习效能、知识应用能力及临床思维水平，进一步强化学生的医学基础知识。不仅为提高执业医师考试通过率提供了有力支持，同时为医学基础课程改革提供了参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of deepening the reform of medical education and strengthening the cultivation of clinical position competence of medical students, physiology, as a core basic course, its teaching reform urgently needs to be precisely aligned with the industry access standards to meet the development needs of medical education. This article explores the teaching reform path of the physiology course oriented by the practicing physician qualification examination. By systematically reconstructing the teaching content, innovating teaching methods, and reforming the assessment and evaluation system, an integrated closed loop of “teaching-learning-evaluation”is constructed. The three reforms are coordinated and interactive. Content reconstruction lays the foundation for capabilities, method innovation drives the internalization of knowledge, and evaluation reform conducts multi-dimensional evaluations. The teaching reform of physiology course deeply integrates basic teaching with clinical practice. By enhancing students’ learning efficiency,knowledge application ability, and clinical thinking level, it further strengthens students’ basic medical knowledge. It not only provides strong support for improving the passing rate of the practicing physician examination, but also offers a reference basis for the reform of basic medical courses.更多还原
