【摘要】 目的 基于集合可视化分析系统与Apriori算法探索针灸治疗盆腔炎性疾病（PID）的选穴规律。方法 检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网自建库至2024年12月收录的有关针灸治疗PID的临床研究文献，筛选符合标准的腧穴处方并建立数据库，统计纳入文献处方中的腧穴、使用频次、归经、分布部位情况，利用集合可视化分析、Apriori算法分析组穴规律及腧穴关联分析及腧穴组合网络分析。结果 本研究共纳入157篇文献，涉及腧穴75个，总频次为1 396次。使用频次前5位的腧穴为三阴交、关元、中极、足三里、子宫。各腧穴所属经脉以任脉、足太阴脾经、足太阳膀胱经和足阳明胃经为主；腧穴分布部位以腹部、下肢部、背腰骶部为主。三阴交、关元、气海、中极、足三里、子宫、次髎、归来是腧穴组合网络中出现频次最高且关联度最高的腧穴组合。结论 针灸治疗PID注重补虚与泻实相结合，符合本病本虚标实的病因病机，并根据病变部位局部选穴，同时循经取下肢部腧穴，体现了“经脉所过，主治所及”的特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the rule of acupoint selection of acupuncture treatment for pelvic inflammatory disease(PID) based on collection visualization analysis system and Apriori algorithm. Methods Clinical research literatures related to acupuncture treatment for PID were retrieved from CNKI, Wanfang Data, and VIP from self-construction of the database to December 2024, the prescriptions of acupoints that met criteria were screened and set up a database, the acupoints, usage frequency, meridian, and distribution sites in the included literature prescriptions were counted, and the collection visualization analysis, Apriori algorithm was utilized to analyze the rule of acupoint formation, the correlation analysis of acupoints, and the network analysis of acupoint combination. Results A total of 157 literatures were included in this study, involving 75 acupoints, with a total frequency of 1 396 times. The top five acupoints in terms of usage frequency were sānyīnjiāo, guānyuán, zhōngjí, zúsānlǐ, and zǐgōng. The meridians to which each acupoint belonged were mainly conception channel, foot taiyin spleen meridian, foot sun bladder meridian, and foot yangming stomach meridian; and the distribution sites of acupoints were mainly the abdomen, lower limbs, and dorsal lumbar-sacral region. Sānyīnjiāo, guānyuán, qìhǎi, zhōngjí, zúsānlǐ, zǐgōng, cìliáo, and guīlái were the most frequently occurring and correlated combinations of acupoints in the acupoint combination network. Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for PID focuses on the combination of tonifying the deficiency and curing the actuality, which is in line with the etiological mechanism of the disease, and the local selection of acupuncture points according to the site of the lesion, as well as taking the acupoints in the lower limbs according to the meridians, which em bodies the characteristic of “wherever the meridians are, the main treatment will reach them”.更多还原
