【摘要】 目的 基于国家知识产权局专利检索及分析平台，通过数据挖掘技术分析中药复方治疗鼻窦炎的用药规律。方法 收集国家知识产权局专利检索及分析平台中建库至2025年3月治疗鼻窦炎的中药复方专利数据，使用Excel、IBM SPSS Modeler18.0、SPSS Statistics 27.0、Cytoscape 3.9.1软件对中药复方专利进行中药频次、性味、归经和功效统计，并进行关联规则分析、聚类分析，构建中药复杂共现网络。结果 共筛选出中药复方治疗鼻窦炎专利241项，包含385味中药，用药频次最高药物为辛夷，药性以温、寒为主，药味以辛、苦为主，多归肺、肝经，常用解表药、清热药、补虚药，支持度最高药对白芷-辛夷，支持度最高角对苍耳子-白芷-辛夷，高频药物聚类方4个。结论 中药复方专利治疗鼻窦炎以通窍排脓为基本原则，注重疏风透邪与清热燥湿，配合扶正以托邪，可为临床用药提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the medication patterns of Chinese herbal compound for treating sinusitis based on the patent search and analysis platform of the National Intellectual Property Administration, utilizing data mining techniques.Methods The patent data of traditional Chinese herbal compound for the treatment of sinusitis from the patent search and analysis platform of the National Intellectual Property Administration from the establishment of the database to March 2025.Excel, IBM SPSS Modeler18.0, SPSS Statistics 27.0, and Cytoscape 3.9.1 software were used to conduct statistics on the frequency, nature and taste, meridian tropism, and efficacy of Chinese herbal compound patents. Association rule analysis and cluster analysis were also carried out to construct a complex co-occurrence network of traditional Chinese medicine.Results A total of 241 Chinese herbal compound treatments patent for sinusitis were screened out, including 385 traditional Chinese medicines. The most frequently used drug is Magnolia biondii Pamp. Its nature was mainly warm and cold, and its taste was mainly pungent and bitter. It mostly enters the lung and liver meridians, the most commonly used drugs for relieving exterior symptoms, clearing heat and tonifying deficiency were Angelica dahurica and Magnolia biondii Pamp,with the highest support rate. The highest support Angle pairs were Xanthium sibiricum Patr-Angelica dahurica-Magnolia biondii Pamp, and there were four high-frequency drug clustering formulas. Conclusion The patented Chinese herbal compound for the treatment of sinusitis is based on the principle of unblocking the orifices and discharging pus, emphasizing the dispelling of wind and pathogenic factors as well as the clearing of heat and drying of dampness. It is combined with strengthening the body’s resistance to support the pathogenic factors, which can provide a reference for clinical medication.更多还原
