【摘要】 在新质生产力背景下，现代产业学院成为扎根中国大地办大学、培养创新型人才的实践模式。成都医学院“体外诊断产业学院”于2023年获批四川省第二批现代产业学院，针对目前产业学院建设存在面向产业的创新型人才培养数量规模不足、人才培养改革力度不够等问题，成都医学院围绕国家科技创新发展战略，立足“体外诊断”现代产业学院建设，在思想教育维度坚持行业精神引领，在专业教育维度开展人才分类培养，在产业教育维度打通全产业链，在创新教育维度推进本硕一体衔接，构建医学检验技术专业“四维”创新型人才培养模式，形成“以德为先、一专多能、产教融合、创新发展”的育人特色。更多还原
