【摘要】 目的:探讨妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的影响因素，分析不同指标对GDM的预测价值。方法:收集2021年12月至2022年7月我院108例GDM孕妇(GDM组)和110例同期非GDM健康孕妇(对照组)的临床资料。比较两组Lp-PLA2、铁代谢指标水平，采用logistic回归分析GDM的影响因素，绘制受试者工作特征曲线评估不同指标对GDM风险的预测价值。结果:GDM组Lp-PLA2、血清铁蛋白水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。Lp-PLA2、血清铁蛋白水平是GDM的影响因素(P<0.05)。Lp-PLA2、血清铁蛋白及联合预测GDM的曲线下面积分别为0.65、0.63和0.69。结论:GDM发病受Lp-PLA2、血清铁蛋白因素影响，两者联合检测对GDM发生的预测有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the influencing factors of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)and analyze the predictive value of different indicators for GDM.Methods:Clinical data of 108 GDM pregnant women(GDM group)and 110 healthy non-GDM pregnant women(control group)from December 2021 to July 2022 were collected. Levels of Lp-PLA2 and iron metabolism indicators were compared between the two groups. Logistic regression was used to analyze influencing factors of GDM, and receiver operating characteristic curves were plotted to evaluate the predictive value of different indicators for GDM risk.Results:The GDM group had significantly higher levels of Lp-PLA2 and serum ferritin compared to the control group(P<0.05). Lp-PLA2 and serum ferritin were identified as influencing factors for GDM(P<0.05). The areas under the curve for Lp-PLA2, serum ferritin, and their combination in predicting GDM were 0.65, 0.63, and 0.69, respectively.Conclusion:The development of GDM is influenced by Lp-PLA2 and serum ferritin levels. The combination detection of the two indicators has certain predictive value for GDM.更多还原
