【Abstract】 The Collision between the Reform of Breast Cancer Surgery and Modern Medical Aims: The Abstract:Modern medicine is facing a core set of conflicts: the imbalance between the objectification of the body caused by technological disenchantment and patients’ demands for subjectivity; the contradiction between the standardized framework of evidence-based medicine and individual life experiences; and the divergence between the traditional concept of "cure" and the new paradigm of "survival with tumor". These tensions expose the limitations of a purely technical medical model and call for a more complex ethical framework in medical practice. The study proposes that the future medical development requires three paradigm shifts: from binary opposition to dynamic equilibrium; from expert-authority models to intersubjective physicianpatient dialogue; and from disease elimination goals to life meaning reconstruction. In the age of technology, it is imperative to reestablish those intangible values that make life worth living.更多还原
