【摘要】 中华传统医疗保密思想深深根植于中华传统文化的沃土之中，形成了独具文化特色的医疗保密思想体系。传统医疗保密思想受诸多复杂因素的交织影响，认为有两个方面的主要因素在其中发挥着重要作用。一是援儒习医，推动医者待患情感的转变；二是中医外科学发展，突显保护患者隐私的重要性。传统医疗保密思想蕴含着“以人为本”的价值理念和“主敬修身”的涵养追求，通过认同保密责任、履行保密义务和提升保密规范，可以更好地使传统医疗保密观念应用于临床工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Traditional Chinese medical confidentiality ideology was deeply rooted in the fertile soil of Chinese traditional culture, forming a unique cultural system of medical confidentiality thought. The evolution of this thought was influenced by many complex factors, with two primary aspects playing significant roles. The first was the introduction of Confucianism into medical practice which promoted an empathetic approach toward patients. The second was the development of traditional Chinese surgical practices which highlighted the importance of protecting patients’ privacy. The traditional medical confidentiality thought embodied the values of being "people-oriented" and the pursuit of self-cultivation by being modest and humble. By acknowledging confidentiality responsibilities, fulfilling obligations, and improving standards, traditional medical confidentiality can be more effectively applied to modern clinical practice.更多还原
