Application of “Artificial Intelligence+Whole Course Management” Model in Elderly Rheumatoid Arthritis Patients with Comorbidities
【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the application effect of artificial intelligence combined with whole course management in elderly rheumatoid arthritis patients with comorbidities. Methods A total of 204 elderly rheumatoid arthritis patients with comorbidities in our hospital from January to June 2022 were selected and divided into experimental group(102 patients) and control group(102 patients) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group was treated with “artificial intelligence+whole course management”mode on the basis of routine nursing intervention. The disease activity, physical function and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after 6 months of intervention. Results After intervention, the HAQ score, DAS28 score, ESR and CRP in the experimental group were lower than those before intervention, and lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). The scores of physiological function, physiological function, physical pain, general health, vitality and mental health in SF-36 in the experimental group were higher than those before the intervention, and better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the whole course management of chronic diseases in rheumatology department, artificial intelligence technology can effectively reduce the disease activity of elderly rheumatoid arthritis patients with comorbidities and improve their quality of life, which provides a reference for the whole course management of rheumatology department combined with artificial intelligence.
