【摘要】 下尺桡关节为腕部重要组成部分，部分腕部骨折或损伤患者常伴随下尺桡关节脱位，因对其关注不足或认识欠缺而导致在腕部骨折治疗同时，忽视了下尺桡关节解剖位置，导致其生物力学稳定性丢失，错过最佳治疗时机，而形成陈旧性下尺桡关节损伤，出现腕部功能缺失、疼痛伴活动受限等。目前，随着临床医师对下尺桡关节的认识不断提升，下尺桡关节陈旧性脱位的治疗也不断改良，本文现对尺骨截骨短缩内固定、Sauve-Kapandji手术及其改良术式、袢钢板弹性固定、桡骨截骨延长联合髂骨植骨术、软组织修复重建的不同手术治疗方式进行综述，以期为该病的治疗提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The distal radioulnar joint is an important part of the wrist. Patients with wrist fracture or injury are often accompanied by distal radioulnar joint dislocation. Due to insufficient attention or lack of understanding, the anatomical position of the distal radioulnar joint dislocation is neglected in the treatment of wrist fractures, which leads to the loss of biomechanical stability and misses the best treatment time, resulting in the formation of old lower radioulnar joint injury, wrist function loss, pain with limited activity, etc. At present, as the understanding of the inferior radioulnar joint continues to improve, the treatment of old distal radioulnar joint dislocation is also constantly improved.
