2013-2023年全身振动训练在康复领域应用的可视化分析

【摘要】 目的 分析全身振动训练在康复领域应用的研究现状、热点及趋势,以期为全身振动训练相关研究提供参考。方法 检索2013年1月-2023年10月中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science核心合集数据库中有关全身振动训练在康复领域应用的相关文献,采用CiteSpace 6.1.R6软件对文献进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入1115篇文献,中文文献113篇,英文文献1002篇。发文量总体呈现上升趋势。分析显示,我国位居英文文献发文量首位(163篇),但中心性较低(中心性=0.06),丹麦、葡萄牙、希腊为高影响力国家(中心性>0.6)。英文文献排名前5名的关键词是“whole body vibration”“exercise”“musclestrength”“performance”和“strength”。聚类分析显示,近10年全身振动训练的康复应用研究主要集中于6大主题:迟发性肌肉酸痛、膝关节角度、舒适度、力发展速度、神经肌肉活动、骨密度。关键词突现分析显示,治疗、风险控制、分类及有效性是该领域的研究热点。结论 未来可持续关注全身振动训练在运动康复医学及临床康复医学中的应用,尤其是在风险控制和治疗方面的研究。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the current status, hotspots and frontiers in the field of the application of whole-body vibration training for rehabilitation,in order to provide reference for related research. Methods Literature related to the application of whole-body vibration training for rehabilitation were retrieved from the CNKI and the Web of Science Core Collection from January 1, 2013 to October 31, 2023. A visualized analysis was performed using CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software. Results A total of 1115 literatures were included, 113 in Chinese and 1002 in English. The overall number of publications showed an upward trend. The analysis shows that China ranked first in the number of English literature(163 literatures), but the centrality was low(centrality=0.06), while Denmark, Portugal and Greece were high-impact countries(centrality>0.6). The top five keywords in English literature were“whole body vibration”“exercise”“muscle strength”“performance”and“strength”. The cluster analysis showed that the rehabilitation application research of whole-body vibration training in the past 10 years mainly focused on 6 themes: delayed muscle soreness, knee joint angle, comfort, force development speed, neuromuscular activity and bone mineral density. Keyword burst analysis showed that treatment, risk control, classification and effectiveness were research hotspots in this field. Conclusion In the future, more attention should be paid to the application of whole-body vibration training in the study of the sports rehabilitation medicine and clinical rehabilitation medicine, especially the effects of risk control and treatment.
