【Abstract】 Against the backdrop of the continuous intensification of population aging, the issue of chronic diseases among the elderly is becoming increasingly prominent, posing a serious threat to their quality of life.Traditional chronic disease management mostly focuses on intrinsic bodily factors, resulting in limited effectiveness for long-term control and comprehensive improvement.Therefore, it is urgent to explore and construct a comprehensive and effective chronic disease management model.The ecological model of health emphasizes the impact of the interaction between individual intrinsic factors and the external environment on health, breaking through the limitations of traditional research and providing a more comprehensive perspective for chronic disease management among the elderly.This article reviews the research content, progress, and influencing factors of the healthy ecological model in the context of elderly chronic disease management, aiming to provide a theoretical reference for subsequent research and practical applications, thereby assisting in addressing the challenges brought by population aging.更多还原
