【摘要】 目的:系统检索全球胃癌患者健康效用值相关研究并开展系统综述与meta分析，以期为卫生经济学评价提供基础性参数。方法:检索PubMed、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、Embase、CNKI、VIP、Wanfang Data、CBM等数据库中全球胃癌患者健康效用值测量的相关研究，检索时限为建库至2023年9月30日。由2位研究人员独立筛选文献、提取资料，并对纳入研究进行偏倚风险评价，采用Stata 16.0软件进行meta分析。结果:最终纳入20篇文献，健康效用值范围为0.550-0.920。Meta分析结果显示，全球胃癌患者健康效用值为0.762(95%CI:0.726-0.798),各TNM分期健康效用值分别为0期0.944,Ⅰ期0.825、Ⅱ期0.879、Ⅲ期0.834、Ⅳ期0.782。结论:全球胃癌患者健康效用值较低，且随病情加重整体呈下降趋势，今后应更加注重胃癌人群的生命质量，对高危人群进行早筛查、早发现、早治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To systematically review the studies related to health state utility values of global patients with gastric cancer and conduct systematic review and meta-analysis, aiming to provide foundational parameters for health economic evaluations. Methods:Retrieved from PubMed, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, Embase, CNKI, VIP, Wanfang Data, CBM and other databases from inception to September 30, 2023 to comprehensively search for studies related to the measurement of health state utility values among global gastric cancer patients. Two researchers independently screened the literature, extracted the data, and assessed the risk of bias of the included studies. Stata 16.0 software was used for meta-analysis. Results:A total of 20 papers were included and the health state utility values ranged from 0.550 to 0.920. Meta-analysis results showed that the global health state utility value of gastric cancer patients was 0.762(95% CI: 0.726-0.798), and the health state utility value of each TNM stage was 0.944 in stage 0, 0.825 in stage Ⅰ, 0.879 in stage Ⅱ, 0.834 in stage Ⅲ, and 0.782 in stage Ⅳ, respectively. Conclusion:The health state utility value of gastric cancer patients in the world is low and decreases with the deterioration of disease on the whole. In future, more attention should be paid to the quality of life of gastric cancer patients, and early screening, early detection and early treatment should be carried out for high-risk groups.更多还原
