【摘要】 目的:分析上海市某区居民社区卫生服务质量提升需求及其影响因素，为改善社区卫生服务供给提供对策建议。方法:于2023年7月，对上海市某区10个街道的16538名居民开展问卷调查；基于安德森模型，采用二分类logistic回归分析方法从诱因性因素、赋能性因素、需要因素3个方面分析居民社区卫生服务质量提升需求的影响因素。结果:上海市某区居民对于社区卫生服务不同维度存在一定的质量提升需求，程度由高到低为服务项目(83.14%)、专科设置(79.32%)、硬件设施(77.89%)、服务环境(69.38%)和药品配置(13.23%)。回归分析结果显示，居民社区卫生服务质量提升需求受诱因性因素中的性别、年龄、文化程度，赋能性因素中的月收入和到达最近社区卫生服务机构的距离，以及需要因素中的慢性病患病情况和两周内身体状况的影响(P<0.05)。结论:上海市某区居民存在较高的社区卫生服务质量提升需求，性别、年龄、文化程度、经济水平、就医距离、健康状况等因素是社区卫生服务质量提升需求的重要影响因素。社区卫生服务机构应结合地区经济发展、居民特征与社区卫生服务质量提升需求来提供相应的服务内容，优化社区卫生服务供给。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the demands and influencing factors for improving community healthcare service quality among residents in a district of Shanghai, so as to provide policy suggestions for improving community health service supply. Methods: The questionnaire survey was conducted among 16538 residents in 10 streets of Shanghai in July 2023. Based on the Andersen model, binary logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors for improving community healthcare service quality from the perspectives of predisposing, enabling and need factors. Results: Residents had certain quality improvement demands for different dimensions of community health services in a district of Shanghai, with the degree of demand ranging from high to low as service items(83.14%), specialty setting(79.32%), hardware facilities(77.89%), service environment(69.38%), and drug configuration(13.23%). The regression analysis results showed that residents’ demand for improving quality of community health services was influenced by predisposing factors such as gender, age and education level, enabling factors such as monthly income and distance to the nearest community health service institution, and need factors such as chronic disease morbidity and physical condition within the past two weeks(P<0.05). Conclusion: Residents in a district of Shanghai have a high demand for improving quality of community health services, and their gender, age, education level, economic level, distance to community health services and health status are important influencing factors.
